Out of the mouths of babes

The other day one of my friends was having car trouble. I picked her child up from school and dropped her off at home. The boys and I went inside to say hi, and my friend was cooking dinner. Twin A asked me if we were going to eat there and I told him no. He said "Well, let's go then". I guess it's all about the food for him. When I didn't immediately head for the exit, he looked at me again with one hand on his hip and said while jerking his thumb in the direction of the door "Let's hit the road"! He looked and sounded like a grumpy old man LOL. If there's no grub, why are we sticking around?!? He did eat two helpings of dinner though, so I guess it really was time to hit the road!

School Pics

Twin B is the first one, and Twin A is the second one. I can't believe how grown up they look in these pictures. I'm amazed how quickly time flies with these guys. I'm trying to enjoy every minute of it while they're still little. I'm sure in the blink of an eye they'll be adults.

Halloween Pics

Twin A was Thing 1. Twin B was Thing 2. We went to Boo at the Zoo for Halloween. Then we had another party Saturday night, so the boys got lots of Halloween booty!

Why didn't God make me a girl?

I had an interesting conversation with Twin B this morning. He wanted to know how come God didn't make him a girl and how come I wasn't a boy. He kept insisting that he wanted to be a girl. I finally told him if he was a girl he wouldn't have a "peenie". Then he said "I was just kidding. I want to be a boy!" Even at 4, they're evidently not willing to part with their most prized possession!

I have a few Halloween pics I'll get up soon. I hope everyone had a ghoulish night Friday!
